Welcome Everyone!

Welcome to my Technology blog, a requirement of completion of ED638 as well as the TESOL Masters program. I have posted my selected websites for the IRA newsletter project. I have also posted my Geo-Narrative lesson plan as well as my other technology related assignments on this page to show how much I have learned in the past five weeks in this course. I can now added pictures on this blog, created blog pages. In this blog, I have included some information on internet tools and sites that I think are worth visiting for excellent instructional resources. Uploading pictures and videos to my blog were some of the skills I learned in this course. The picture shown above was taken last summer when I went to visit my parents. This was one of the many beautiful and gorgeous sunset on my island of Woleai.

This link will take you directly to my wix site I created as a sample. Click on the link and it will take you to explore what I have created using wix.com.

Lesson Sequence:
Activity:
Exploration of Google Earth, in order for the students to learn the different between three islands within Micronesia.

Next class Activity:
Using Google Earth, the students will brainstorm ideas of places around the Region they’ve visited or would like to visit with in Micronesia.
Reflections:
Allow the students to share information about what they have learned from this lesson. Encourage students to be brief (to allow for others to have time to share). Also encourage students that are originally from these three places to share their experience on this lesson with the class.
